Heritage Care Assisted Living Facility is licensed for 60 residents. It also has 36 one and two-bedroom apartments for those who require some of the services provided by the assisted living facility, but who can live more independently.

Staff-to-Resident Ratio:
The staff-to-resident ratio of Heritage Care exceeds state requirements, and many staff members have been employed at the facility for more than 10 years.

Services Provided:
Heritage Care provides private and semi-private rooms; three meals and three snacks daily, prepared under the supervision of a trained dietician; laundry services; transportation to physicians' offices and other appointments; regular activities by an Activities Director.

Regulatory Procedures:
Heritage Care, like other assisted living facilities, is among the most closely regulated businesses in North Carolina. It is regulated by Federal, State, and local agencies.

Cost of Services:
Heritage Care accepts both private pay and public assistance/Medicaid residents. The Administrator will discuss costs and possible financial assistance for you or your family member.
