For over 30 years, Heritage Care of Elizabeth City has provided quality care and service at affordable prices to families in Pasquotank County and the surrounding communities. It is a respected community facility whose administrator and staff are local residents with strong ties to the area.

Heritage Care of Elizabeth City is licensed for 60 residents, and it also provides 34 one and two-bedroom apartments for those who are able to live independently.
